ZouthFla IT Services, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the WellRaven mobile application (the “App”) and related websites and services (collectively, “WellRaven”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights regarding that information.

This policy applies to all users of WellRaven, including those who access the App or our websites.

   • Registration & Sign-In: Email address and username when you create or log into an account.
   • Profile Data: Avatar image URL if you upload or select an avatar.
   • Push Notification Tokens: Expo push token if you opt into push notifications.
2. Device & Usage Data
   • Device Details: Device model, operating system version, app version, and locale.
   • Analytics & Logs: Anonymous usage metrics (screens viewed, actions taken, session duration, timestamps) and crash logs to understand app performance and improve features.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your information for these purposes:

• Authenticate & Personalize: Verify your identity, display your username and avatar.
• Notifications: Deliver in-app and push notifications you opt into.
• Product Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features, fix bugs, and plan new capabilities.
• Support & Communication: Respond to support inquiries and notify you of policy updates or critical changes.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only as follows:

• Service Providers: Third-party partners (e.g., analytics providers, hosting services, notification platforms) under contractual obligations to use data solely for the services they perform.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests (such as court orders), or protect our legal rights and property.

We employ industry-standard measures to safeguard your data:

• Encryption: All data in transit is protected via HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is encrypted on our Supabase servers.
• Access Controls: Row-Level Security (RLS) in our database ensures you can only access your own records.
• Internal Policies: Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel; we conduct regular security audits.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Profile Management: Edit your username or avatar at any time within the App’s Profile screen.
• Notifications: Enable or disable push notifications in the App’s settings.
• Account Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us (see Contact below). We will honor your request within 30 days.
• Marketing Opt-Out: If you receive marketing emails, unsubscribe via the link in those emails.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us to request deletion.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where practicable, notify you of material changes via the App or email.
