Welcome to WellRaven, a product of ZouthFla IT Services LLC (“ZouthFla,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using WellRaven, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use WellRaven. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
2. Use of the Services
You agree to use WellRaven only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the app or its content.
- Interfere with servers, security, or network functionality.
- Use the Services for fraudulent, commercial, or unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
Some features may require creating a user account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@wellraven.com immediately.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features are available through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payments and renewals are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized payment processors.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device’s account settings.
- ZouthFla IT Services LLC does not directly store or process payment information.
5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
WellRaven provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or diet program. By using WellRaven, you assume full responsibility for your health decisions and activities.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, graphics, logos, and materials within WellRaven are the exclusive property of ZouthFla IT Services LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ZouthFla IT Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid (if any) for WellRaven within the previous 12 months.
8. Third-Party Services
WellRaven may integrate with third-party platforms such as Supabase, Shopify, Stripe, Apple, Google, or wearable device APIs. These third parties have their own privacy policies and terms. ZouthFla IT Services LLC is not responsible for third-party data practices or service availability.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to WellRaven at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in unlawful behavior.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. Modifications to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms periodically. When changes occur, the “Last updated” date will be modified. Continued use of WellRaven after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
